Whether your refrigerator breaks the day before Thanksgiving, your water heater is flooding the basement, it’s 105 degrees and your A/C won’t run, or you come home from vacation to find a pipe has burst and your house is underwater, we’re here for you!
We’ll send someone out right away, diagnose the issue, triage, and bring in additional resources to fully address the issue as quickly as possible. We’ll make sure all damage is documented and we’ll even meet your insurance adjuster to ensure you receive the highest possible settlement from your insurance company.
We’ll prioritize your emergency the way we’d prioritize our own. We know how alarming unexpected home emergencies can be, so we’ll send someone urgently.
We will provide temporary resources to address your issue while you wait for a permanent solution. We have generators, extra appliances like refrigerators and cooking appliances, A/C units, shop vacs, and fans.
We’ll photograph the condition we find on arrival as well as provide you with photographic evidence of a completed job well done. We take pride in doing work the right way the first time, and we’re going to show you that we have. It’s easy for service providers to cut corners because many customers can’t discern if the work is done well. Would you know if we chased down every last bit of damage from your flood to be sure you don’t develop a mold problem behind the wall? We will show you before and after pictures of our work so you know the condition on our arrival, what we uncovered during the job, and how we’ve addressed all repairs/renovations and completed our work.
We stand behind our work. Keep our number on speed dial. If our workmanship fails, give us a call and we’ll come out and fix it. Detailed documentation means we know the condition we left it in. We’re happy to repair any newly developed issues as well and can’t be held responsible for normal wear and tear or catastrophic events, but our reputation matters to us and our clients refer us to all their friends for a reason, so if we made a mistake, we’ll fix it at our own expense.
