Orchid Private Client Concierge Services

The Orchid Private Client experience is a comprehensive home concierge and property management solution tailored to the need of sophisticated home owners. Private Clients have priority access to our complete range of services, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Membership means peace of mind knowing no matter the task, the size of the project, repair, or renovation, Orchid Private Clients are only a call or click away from the solution.

Private clients have customized assistance from their Orchid Personal Concierge and their Orchid Personal Home Manager.

Included Services:
Complete home walk through and evaluation annually by your Orchid Personal Concierge and your Orchid Personal Home Manager. Your team will listen to your most significant concerns and anticipated needs to ensure all aspects of your home care are addressed.

Creation of detailed electronic report of your home annually including pictures and condition of major home components and systems, recommendations for any short or long-term maintenance or repair needs, schedule for regular maintenance of systems (filter changes, cleaning of appliances, HVAC, winterizing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning).

Regularly scheduled maintenance: replacement of HVAC filters monthly, cleaning of gutters twice annually, cleaning of appliances twice annually, dryer vent cleaning, chimney inspection annually, changing of lightbulbs and smoke alarm batteries as needed.

Private Clients receive a total of 5 hours of dedicated service monthly. Regularly scheduled maintenance is deducted from this bank of hours at published time allotments. Unused hours accumulate for future use with continued membership.

Private Clients receive emergency service as needed. Initial diagnosis and triage by Orchid Personal Concierge and/or Orchid Personal Home Manager charged at published rates against accumulated banked hours. Overages will be invoiced as required. When outside contractors are required, Orchid brings in their vetted and trusted service providers, negotiates rates on behalf of client, manages any repair or project ensuring quality workmanship, and invoices client. Private Clients have priority access to Orchid Home Repair and Emergency Services equipment such as generators, appliances such as refrigerators and portable air conditioning units, which are available for temporary use.

Private Client Home Watch: Extended travel, snow birding, or maintaining several residences can often bring anxiety regarding the proper care and maintenance of your home in your absence. Orchid performs scheduled or on-demand home checks for private clients. Whether you anticipate a delivery in your absence, an alarm goes off, you’re concerned about preparing your home for weather, you need to allow entry into your home to another service provider, or you forgot something you need overnighted to your destination—there is no task too small for your Orchid team. Your Orchid team will upload detailed reports of any task performed inclusive of photographic documentation.

Private Client aging services are available for you or your aging relative. Your Orchid team will perform regularly scheduled (non-medical) well-being checks and emergency checks as needed. Managing simple tasks can become incredibly overwhelming as we age. Orchid can be your loved one’s first call for assistance on any matter from needing a ride to a doctor’s office, to handling errands, cleaning up a mess, installing safety measures, or even getting a new phone. We maintain relationships with trusted agencies providing home care givers when full-time care is required. Orchid also offers personalized assistance with downsizing, clean-out, moving, and all transitions.

Additional Private Client services: your Orchid team will personally address and manage any repair, task, project, or even renovation. If you don’t see it on the list, just ask.

Seasonal home changes:
Removing outside furniture from storage, cleaning, and setting it up, or cleaning and storing it properly.
Setting up Christmas decorations or outdoor lighting.
Spring or Fall landscaping clean-up or maintenance.
Furniture/large item removal, pick-up, delivery, or relocation.
Large event/party set-up or clean-up.
Window cleaning.
Urgent pest control—wasp or bee hives, rodent intrusion.
Invisible fence or similar break detection and repair.
Junk or house clean-up, organization projects (garage, pantry, attic).
Deck, patio, walk, or house pressure washing and maintenance.
Landscaping/hardscaping improvements—recommendations, project completion, or project management.
Kitchen design and renovation—either refresh/update or complete renovation.
Bathroom install, refresh, or complete renovation.
Garage renovation—complete organization, clean-up, epoxy floor, and storage solutions.
Laundry install, refresh, organization, or complete renovation.
Driveway maintenance, repair, expansion, or replacement.
Mailbox install or replacement.
Camera, motion detectors, speakers, or TV wiring and installation.
Tile cleaning, repair, or installation.
Hardwood floor repair, refinishing, replacement, or installation.
Carpet cleaning or replacement.
Window repair or replacement.
Roof repair, cleaning, replacement; skylight installation; solar panel installation.
Light fixture repair or replacement.
